With almost eight years of experience, our founder Rachel brings a passion for inclusive, whole-body wellness to every session, with a special interest in women's health, particularly in pre- and post-natal care.

STUDIO CIRCUIT
A dynamic circuit-style class using the reformer, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise the whole body.
